Thank you all for your contribution to the success of ISSP 2024!
------
We are pleased to announce the 13th International Seminar on Speech Production, which will take place in Autrans, France (in the heart of the famous Vercors massif, near Grenoble) from 13th to 17th May 2024.
After the launch in 1988 in Grenoble, followed by Leeds (1990), Old Saybrook (1993), Autrans (1996), Kloster Seeon (2000), Sydney (2003), Ubatuba (2006), Strasbourg (2008), Montreal (2011), Cologne (2014), Tianjin (2017) and virtually by Providence in 2020, the 13th ISSP will come back (close) to Grenoble, organized by several laboratories working in France on Speech Production research.
ISSP provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers working on all aspects of speech production. Topics of interest for this conference cover different aspects of speech production, including articulation, acoustics, neural substrates, motor control, disorders, and its links to perception, communication, development and language.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you all in Autrans.
The organizing committee, Cécile Fougeron & Pascal Perrier (chairs) together with Jalal Al-Tamimi, Pierre Baraduc, Véronique Boulenger, Mélanie Canault, Maëva Garnier, Fanny Guitard-Ivent, Anne Hermes, Fabrice Hirsch, Leonardo Lancia, Yves Laprie, Yohann Meynadier, Slim Ouni, Rudolph Sock, Béatrice Vaxelaire

2023.11.03 - CONFERENCE ORGANISATION: PRIORITY TO FACE-TO-FACE INTERACTIONS
In the spirit of most editions, we have chosen to have a unity of place for the scientific exchanges and accommodation, and this will be in a conference center in the mountains near Grenoble. Virtual participation will be possible but with strong limitations: (a) remote participants can only submit for a poster presentation (without live interactions), (b) only on-site oral presentations will be live broadcasted giving possibilities for interactions with remote participants, (c) on-site poster presentations won't be broadcasted.
